Just a Day, Just an Ordinary Day

She has never come close to fainting or passing out before, but this time she was almost there. She went to the doc's. he unwrapped her knee. She saw the stitches, the staples, the swelling, the deformation, the pain. He straightened her knee, and he began to bend it.

She didn't know why but her face got hot. Her head became very heavy. She could hear the doctor talking to her but his voice became very distant. Her mom glanced up at her and asked if she was ok. She said she didn't know, the doctor told her to lay down. She could feel all of the blood in her head, she couuld feel how red her face must have been.

but slowly the blood drained from her head, she felt tired, but ok. She left the doctors with a new brace, a bendable knee, alot of pain, but a few less days of work ahead of her.

4 days down... too many left to count.
